The Fall Review will take place at Canaan Valley Resort State Park in Tucker County, West Virginia. A block of lodge rooms has been reserved for attendees at a discounted rate. Mention the West Virginia Highlands Conservancy Fall Review when making your reservation to receive the group rate.

- Canaan Valley Resort Lodge offers rooms at $149 per night, plus 12% tax, a 2% state recreation fee, and a $9 nightly resort fee—approximately $178.86 per night.
- Cabins, vacation rentals, and other lodging options are also available throughout Canaan Valley and in nearby Davis and Thomas.
Tip: October is peak season in the Highlands. Book early to ensure availability.
Travel
By Car: Canaan Valley Resort State Park is located in Tucker County, approximately 20 minutes from Davis. Approximate travel times are two hours from Morgantown, three hours from Pittsburgh, and three-and-a-half hours from Washington, D.C.

By Air: The nearest commercial airports are Morgantown Municipal Airport (MGW), North Central West Virginia Airport in Clarksburg (CKB), and Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). All require a rental car to reach the resort.
Food
Meals will be a mix of resort dining, event offerings, and meals on your own:
- Friday evening: The welcome gathering at Big Timber Brewing is informal. Attendees will be responsible for their own food and beverages.
- Saturday breakfast: Breakfast is on your own. Dining is available at the resort.
- Saturday lunch: Lunch is on your own, or an optional boxed lunch may be purchased through registration for $14.95 plus a 22% service charge ($18.24 total).
- Saturday reception: Appetizers will be provided, and a cash bar will be available.
- Saturday dinner: Tickets for the fundraising dinner may be purchased through registration for $50 plus a 22% service charge ($61 total).
- Sunday breakfast: Breakfast is on your own, with dining available at the resort.
Vegetarian options will be available. Please tell us about any dietary restrictions when registering so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
