We were hopeful that HB 5018—the bill that would ban the use of citizen air monitoring data for regulatory action—would die a quiet death. But, in the final week of the West Virginia Legislative Session, powerful industry groups are pressuring lawmakers to take up this dangerous bill.

The Senate Energy, Industry and Mining Committee will meet tomorrow (3/6). We need your help to contact your leaders before tomorrow morning and tell them to Reject HB 5018.
