The Fall Review will take place at Blackwater Falls State Park Lodge in Tucker County, WV. A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees at a discounted rate. Mention you are with the West Virginia Highlands Conservancy Fall Review to receive the group rate. Call 304-259-5216 to make your reservation!
Blackwater Falls Lodge offers comfortable rooms right inside the park ($137/night).
Additional lodging—including cabins, vacation rentals, and B&Bs—can be found nearby in Davis and Thomas.
Tip: October is peak season in the Highlands. Book your lodging early to ensure availability.
Travel
By Car: Blackwater Falls State Park is located just outside Davis, WV. Approximate travel times: 3 hours from Pittsburgh, 2.5 hours from Morgantown, 3.5 hours from Washington, D.C.

By Air: The nearest airports are Morgantown (MGW), Clarksburg (CKB), and Pittsburgh International (PIT). All require a car rental to reach the park.
Food
Meals will be a mix of lodge dining and event offerings:
Friday evening: Light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments provided at the Halloween Party.
Saturday: Lunch ($15) and dinner ($30) at Blackwater Falls State Park are available for purchase through registration. Vegetarian options will be offered.
Sunday: Breakfast on your own—options are available at the lodge or in town.
Snacks, coffee, and tea will be available during Saturday breaks. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you register so we can do our best to accommodate.
